How it works

Same ratio as density blending: V_A / V_B = (T_desired − T_B) / (T_A − T_desired). You need the transmittance % of each syrup (e.g. from a Hanna meter). Cornell recommends mixing a small 50/50 sample first and measuring that to improve accuracy.
